Zenia's expertise is in devising and implementing commercial growth strategies to increase revenues for businesses.

- Zenia is a leading expert on the Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange visa scheme. She set up Access Tier 5 in 2012 – an overarching body of this visa route in partnership with BEIS and UKVI. She has since worked with thousands of international students in the UK and helped them navigate the UK immigration system to undertake post study work opportunities.
