Wesley regularly acts for a range of developers, investors and property companies on complex and high profile schemes. He has extensive experience in providing strategic advice on major developments, including advising and negotiating on large infrastructure agreements. His expertise also encompasses public inquiry work, both at appeal and in promoting schemes via the local plan, as well as High Court and judicial review actions.

Wesley is ranked as a leading individual in Legal 500 and Chambers. Clients describe him as "a 'sound practitioner' and a 'delight to work with'" (Chambers 2012). He joined the Firm in January 2012 from Nabarro, where he was a Partner.

Acting on a number of UK retail proposals for one of the world's largest supermarket retailers, including promoting and securing planning permission for a mixed use scheme in central London.

Undertaking extensive public inquiry work for a number of retail and other clients.

Acting on high profile residential schemes including securing planning permission for a new 4,000 dwelling development, with associated employment, healthcare and other uses, in Bedfordshire.

Advising on various industrial schemes, including securing planning permission for Europe's largest industrial estate in single ownership.
