Simon is a solicitor in our Real Estate department and specialises in commercial real estate matters. His clients include entrepreneurs, property developers and overseas investors who value his commercial approach and tactical advice. Simon provides a diligent and responsive service to both his clients and their agents who appreciate being kept updated and involved at all times.

Simon regularly acts for Foxtons, Capital & Counties Properties PLC and Gumball 3000 Group. He is actively involved in developing new business relationships that draw on the skills of the Firm's specialist departments. Simon is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association (CRELA) and sits on the Norwood Young Lawyers Committee.

Assisting an investment vehicle backed by Jon Hunt in the purchase of 77-95 Victoria Street for £19.75 million from Blackrock.

Advising Kardamyla Holdings, a Guernsey incorporated SPV in respect of its purchase of Capital & Regional’s HQ at 10 Lower Grosvenor Place, London SW1 for £10.5million.

Advising a JV owned SPV on its disposal of 6 central london office buildings to an offshore hotel developer.

Accompanying and advising the owners of the Gumball 3000 Group during their annual Gumball Rally in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010
