Sarah is an associate in the Corporate department. She advises financial institutions, sponsors and public and private corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions including leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance (on both sponsor backed and debt only deals), education finance, property finance, restructuring and refinancing and other general corporate secured and unsecured lending.

Her experience acting for major banks and working closely with the corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity teams, advising major corporate clients and sponsors. Sarah also has experience advising pension fund trustees in relation to security and guarantee structures, and advising on property purchase and development facilities provided to Universities and FE Colleges.

Key Experience

Advising a club of two major banks on syndicated facilities of £50m provided to refinance the existing debt facility of a major regional media business.
Advising a club of two major banks on syndicated facilities provided in support of the sponsor backed MBO of a major supplier of office printing equipment and document management solutions.
Advising on several large scale multi-national plc refinancings
