Danny Davis is a specialist in insolvency. He advises administrators, liquidators, receivers and supervisors of arrangements on both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as bankruptcy trustees and large creditors. It is end-to-end advice which deals with validity of appointments, sale of assets, property matters, directors duties, antecedent transactions, landlord and tenant, and all necessary litigation.
Danny is equally skilled in maximisation of business recovery and in helping directors of live trading companies, and those facing disqualification proceedings, from liquidators or the Department of Business Innovation and Skills. He is currently working on several large investigations.
