Daniel Lipman
Daniel is a specialist in all aspects of commercial property investment and development with particular emphasis on tax driven investment structures for quoted and private property companies and funds. He also acts for banks on a variety of property finance transactions.
This work has included advising Matterhorn Capital and private investor Brett Palos on their acquisition of the “O2” Leisure and Retail Scheme in Finchley Road, London NW3 from the X-Leisure fund for £92.5m; London Town plc on its £110 million acquisition of a portfolio of over 200 pubs from Save Investments Limited, a company controlled by Petchey Holdings Plc and Bank of Ireland on a £151 million residential development club facility for City & Docklands Property Group. Daniel also regularly advises O&H Properties. Daniel joined the Firm as a partner in 2005.

- Advised St James Capital Group on the OpCo/PropCo structured acquisition of the Chiswell Street Brewery and on subsequent disposals to Guestinvest and Matrix Group, the latter involving a leaseback to Earls Court and Olympia Group.
