Anisha Vyas

Personal Profile

Anisha is a Managing Associate in the Employment department. 

She is experienced in advising on all aspects of UK employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. She works closely with many of the team's corporate clients, ranging from well-known global brands to mid-sized domestic organisations. She also regularly advises senior executives on a range of employment issues.  Anisha advises clients across a number of sectors, including Retail & Leisure, Technology, Financial Services, Fashion & Luxury Goods and Sport.

Anisha's day to day work includes advising on redundancies and reorganisations, the application of TUPE, grievances and disciplinaries, general HR matters as well as the employment aspects of high profile corporate transactions involving cross-border elements. She frequently advises both employers and senior executives on workplace disputes and termination negotiations, and advises on contentious matters including the enforcement of restrictive covenants, contractual claims and as well as statutory employment claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Anisha contributes to online legal publications and the press on topical employment law matters, and is a member of the firm's Equality Focus Group.  

Anisha is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Key Experience

  • Provides day to day employment advice to many corporate clients, including a major luxury fashion group and a global media organisation.
  • Advised multiple clients on large scale redundancy exercises, including a well-known luxury brand and a multi-jurisdictional fintech business.
  • Advised on numerous high value corporate transactions, often involving an international element and complex TUPE issues.
  • Advised and negotiated exit packages for a number of senior individuals, including high profile executives of listed companies.
