Andrew is a Partner in Mishcon Private. Andrew advises individuals and families on a wide range of areas affecting their businesses and their personal affairs. Andrew has spent many years specialising in transactional work, shareholders agreements, partnerships and joint ventures. He also deals with transactions involving high value chattels, secured lending and insolvency. Andrew's clients are both UK-based and international, and come from a wide range of sectors including finance, property, art, betting and gaming, politics, technology, leisure and the third sector.

Andrew also advises high net worth international individuals and families on all aspects of their personal and financial affairs as well as their offshore trusts and corporate structures. Andrew often takes on a general advisory role for a number of clients, helping them to negotiate their way through whatever challenges are facing them.

Andrew is a member of our multi-disciplinary Luxury Assets Group, which advises individuals and businesses on the buying, selling, structuring and protection of luxury assets across the globe.

Key Experience

  • Advised the majority shareholder of Central Asia Petroleum Ltd, the holding company of Kazakhstan's largest privately-owned oil company, JSC MangistauMunaiGaz in relation to the US$3.3 billion disposal of a 100% stake in MMG to Mangistau Investments - a joint venture between China National Petroleum Corporation and KazMunaiGas.
  • Advised on the reverse takeover of Roxspur plc by Cellular Holdings Limited.
  • Advised on the acquisition of a Dutch and Belgium fixed line re-seller by Cellular Holdings Limited.
