Adam Gross is a solicitor in the Real Estate Department, specialising in property litigation. Those who rely on his advice across a wide range of issues include property investment companies, large corporates, retailers, smaller property owning companies and high net worth individuals. In particular those with national property portfolios. He is quick to analyse problems and is able to engage in complicated negotiations. He has been involved in a mix of High Court and County Court litigation, actions in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and also in mediations.
Reflecting his expertise as a property litigator he is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association. He has a degree in economics and graduated from Law School in 2003. He joined the Firm as an Assistant in 2008.
