Mishcon de Reya has advised PGIM Real Estate in relation to the acquisition of a portfolio of 918 single family homes across 15 schemes located in and around Manchester and Liverpool.
The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Todd Wu, a Managing Associate in the Real Estate department, along with Real Estate Partners Ian Paul and Louise Tainton and Consultant Nadine Strahl.
