Sandra is a Partner and Head of the Firm’s Family department, with 30 years experience in practice. She specialises in matrimonial disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, often involving settlements with an offshore or multi-jurisdictional dimension, pre-nuptial contracts, co-habitation, residence and contact disputes. In 2009 Sandra was invited to join The Times Law Panel.
Sandra is a member of the Firm’s management board. She is also an active member of the Solicitors Family Law Association, a member of the International Bar Association and a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In Chambers 2010 she was mentioned as “a go getter who achieves fantastic results”.
Sandra is also the author of “International Child Abduction” (Sweet & Maxwell, 1993) and a member of the Lord Chancellor's Child Abduction Panel. She is a frequent broadcaster and chairperson, organiser and speaker at conferences on family law issues and a regular contributor to Jordan's Family Law Journal via her blog 'Sandra Davis' Week'.
Mishcon de Reya was named Family Law Firm of the Year at the fifth annual Spear's Wealth Management Awards in November 2011.
