Maria Patsalos

Maria Patsalos is a solicitor in the Immigration Group, where she acts for both corporate and individual clients. Maria specialises in the following applications: Tier 1 General (the old Highly Skilled Migrant Programme); Tier 1 Investor; Sponsor Licences for companies under Tier 2; Certificate of Sponsorships (the old work permits), student, appeal applications, domestic workers in private households, spouse and civil partnership, rights under European law and applications for naturalisation as a British Citizen. Maria also has experience with claims for political asylum and economic citizenship applications for St Kitts & Nevis, Austria, Belgium and Slovakia.

Maria assists with supervision of the Firm's sponsorship of Pink Law which was highly commended in the Best New Pro Bono Activity category of the 2009 LawWorks and Attorney General Students Awards.
