Kevin heads the Court Service Department which provides civil procedural support and advice to the Litigation Department and Property Litigation Department. His expertise covers all aspects of civil procedure and includes all stages of civil proceedings in all Courts from County through to Court of Appeal.

His all encompassing knowledge of Rules and Practice Directions supports each of the Firm's practice areas.

Kevin is a Member of and attends the Chancery Users' Committee.
