Joel is a Partner in the Corporate department. His wide-ranging experience covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactional work and IPO on the London Stock Exchange. His specialism is advising and acting for international entrepreneurs and he works closely with leading global tax advisors and lawyers. He also acts for large global companies, from a wide variety of business sectors, in international transactions that involve multiple overseas jurisdictions.
Joel has a wide network of professional and business relationships in Europe, Russia, USA and Israel. He holds an LLB from Bar Ilan University, Israel and a Master's Degree in Law from London University. He is on the advisory board of two high-tech investment funds. Joel’s work is notable for the lateral thought and the original solutions he offers clients as a result.
Joel is fluent in German and Hebrew.
