Jeremy is the Head of Mishcon's Intellectual Property Department. Chambers 2010 calls him a "great strategic thinker". He specialises in contentious intellectual property, advising on all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement (such as trade marks, copyright, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, passing off, patents and licence disputes).
Jeremy also has significant experience in advising on contractual disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.
He is an acknowledged expert on injunctions including search, freezing and disclosure orders. Chambers singles out his "particular experience in anti-counterfeiting work" and he is one of the UK's top anti-counterfeiting lawyers. Not surprisingly clients in his practice come from many sectors but notably IT (software & hardware), pharmaceuticals, retail and luxury goods.
Jeremy is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and sits on INTA's Internet Committee. He is also a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group (ACG). He joined the Firm in 1996, becoming a Partner in 2003.
