Jenny is a solicitor in the Firm's Employment Department. She acts for employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters and has experience of work in both the Tribunal and High Court. She advises on terminations, redundancies, compromise agreements, all aspects of discrimination and whistleblowing legislation, TUPE, restrictive covenants, remuneration and other contractual issues. She has also advised on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and large insolvency situations.

Jenny is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has represented claimants at the Employment Tribunal.
