He has experience in dealing with injunctive matters, including claims involving breach of confidence, theft of confidential information and recovery of stolen data and assets. His work covers obtaining or defending against injunctive relief in the form of freezing orders, search orders and computer imaging and delivery up orders.

Regularly acting on behalf of major recruitment companies in bringing injunctive proceedings against former employees for the misappropriation of confidential information and the recovery thereof.

Assisting an international private equity company in a proprietary claim for the recovery of vast funds invested into a large international trading and logistics company due to fraudulent misrepresentations by its controlling owner.
