Egon is a solicitor in the dispute resolution department specialising in civil fraud related claims. He has experience in dealing with injunctive matters, including claims involving breach of confidence, theft of confidential information and recovery of stolen data and assets. His work covers obtaining or defending against injunctive relief in the form of freezing orders, search orders and computer imaging and delivery up orders.

Egon has worked extensively with forensic computer experts to ensure that key evidence retrieved from opposing parties pursuant to injunctive orders are used to the client's best advantage and for the speedy and effective resolution of disputes.

Egon’s key experience includes:

Acting for a major international telecommunications company based in the Middle East in bringing proceedings against its former directors for breach of fiduciary duties and misappropriating company funds.
Acting for a large private property investment company in a multi-million Euro claim brought in the London Court of International Arbitration.
Regularly acting on behalf of major recruitment companies in bringing injunctive proceedings against former employees for the misappropriation of confidential information and the recovery thereof.
Assisting an international private equity company in a proprietary claim for the recovery of vast funds invested into a large international trading and logistics company due to fraudulent misrepresentations by its controlling owner.
