Dina advises companies and individuals on a wide range of disputes. Many of these are complex multi-jurisdictional cases. As well as the UK, Dina has a great deal of experience of working for clients in Israel, Russia, the CIS and North America. 

Dina is currently acting for victims of phone hacking. She also advises on defamation in both print and electronic media, breach of privacy, breach of confidence, and harassment, including harassment on social media such as Facebook and Twitter. She advises clients regularly on online reputation management, and provides pre and post-publication advice.

Dina has experience of obtaining injunctions to prevent the publication of private information. She is familiar with both High Court and Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Before retraining as a lawyer Dina lived in Israel for more than 10 years where she worked as a print and radio journalist specialising in politics and business, and as a producer for CNN and the BBC. She is fluent in Hebrew. Dina has appeared on BBC News, ITV1 and Sky television discussing injunctions and privacy law.
