Andrew is a Legal Director in our Corporate Department. Andrew is primarily a transactional lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholders agreements, partnerships and joint ventures. He also deals with transactions involving secured lending and insolvency. Andrew's clients are both UK-based and international, and come from a wide range of sectors including finance, property, betting and gaming, politics, technology, leisure and the third sector.
Andrew’s work is not limited to businesses and companies. He also advises high net worth international individuals on all aspects of their personal and corporate affairs as well as their offshore trusts and corporate structures.
