Adam is a partner in the IP department and head of the Sports Group, looking after the enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights. He is particularly adept at obtaining injunctive relief, often on a without notice basis, and is also an experienced advisor to rights owners, governing bodies, clubs and professional sportsmen on a variety of regulatory issues. As a Solicitor Advocate, Adam regularly represents his clients in the High Court.

Adam is a recommended leader in his field (Chambers 2010), liked by clients for his "excellent advice and consistent follow-up" and his perspective on litigation issues has been sought by BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC News, Sky News, The Times, The Guardian, The Independent and The Daily Telegraph.
