Mark is an Associate in the Intellectual Property group, with a focus on trade mark strategy and protection, and enforcement across the full range of intellectual property rights.

He has acted on behalf of clients in the technology, engineering, media, private equity, fintech, sports and fashion sectors, and has worked on secondment for a large fashion brand. His experience includes acting for the London Taxi Company in its dispute with Frazer-Nash Research Limited, focusing on non-traditional trade marks, and he has acted in litigation in both the Chancery Division and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC).

Mark completed the Postgraduate Diploma in IP Law & Practice at the University of Oxford in 2017. He is a member of the Society for Junior Intellectual Property Practitioners (IPSoc), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA). Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Mark worked in digital marketing and project management for a publishing company.
