Hilary is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate Finance group. She advises corporate borrowers, investors, real estate developers, financial institutions, funds and high net worth individuals on domestic and cross-border lending, including property acquisition, development finance and general corporate lending (both secured and unsecured). She also has experience in relation to the amendment and restatement, refinancing and restructuring of existing loan facilities.
