Eloise is an Associate in the IP Litigation department. She specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with particular focus on contentious matters relating to trade marks, copyright, design rights and passing off.
Eloise has acted for clients from the fashion, luxury goods, media, technology and life sciences industries. She has particular experience of the protection of intellectual property rights online, and has advised rights-holders from the film, publishing and luxury goods industries in this area.
Eloise has experience as working as an in-house lawyer, having completed a secondment at a leading international film studio. Eloise is a member of the Society for Junior Intellectual Property Practitioners (IPSoc).
