Earlier this year, Mishcon de Reya Employment Partner Jennifer Millins was named in The Lawyer Hot 100. She was recognised for her significant contribution to the debate on gender pay equality – most notably leading a landmark case advising the BBC’s former China editor, Carrie Gracie, on allegations of serious breaches of equal pay law against the BBC.
In a follow up career quiz, she talks to The Lawyer about what advice she would give to those beginning their careers in law, the toughest career decision she's had to make and who has influenced her in her career:
"Joanna Blackburn, Daniel Naftalin and James Libson welcomed me to Mishcon and supported me to become that employment litigator. I also experienced the invaluable support that comes from a strong team.
"Our team at Mishcon has grown dramatically since I joined, but we all still work closely together more than a decade later."
