Waqar Shah, Managing Associate in Dispute Resolution, has been published in Taxation discussing some of the key tax cases of 2018 and how the HMRC's decision to take a "more aggressive approach to tax collection" could lead to further disputes. He also looks ahead to upcoming litigation that could be finalised by the end of this year – or soon after.

Waqar said, "The year 2018 was an interesting year for tax commentators and 2019 is shaping up to deliver more of the same."
