Building your brand

"Invest in the people that live and breathe your brand, and always, if you can, promote from within," advises Nick Thistleton, founder and MD of the Japanese-style karaoke experience, Lucky Voice. Click on the video below to view a short film of Nick explaining why it is so important to hire people based on your brand values.

Nick – alongside John Readman, founder and CEO of Ride25, and Alex Bec, Managing Director of It's Nice That and INT Works– was speaking at The Supper Club's recent Speaker Boutique on brand building, which was hosted at Mishcon de Reya's Africa House offices on 15 October. Speaker Boutique is in partnership with Barclays and supported by Mishcon and Ember. The Supper Club is part of Prelude, whose mission is to help make Britain the most enterprising nation in the world.
