Welcome to the Autumn edition of Brand Matters.

In this issue, we are delighted to report on an exciting first year for MDR Brand Management, the first brand management business launched by a law firm in the UK.  We also look at a variety of developments of interest to brand owners, including the latest guidance re No Deal Brexit planning and some important cases with implications for brand owners, including a reference to the CJEU on design disclosure, the Monopoly decision on the re-filing of trade marks and a discussion of our ground-breaking blocking injunction for Nintendo.
