Anti-Bribery Principles For Not-For-Profit Organisations

Mishcon worked with Baker Tilly to help Transparency International prepare this valuable guidance, providing practical advice for NFPs of all sizes in the educational, voluntary, charitable, arts and heritage sectors on how to identify the types of bribery risks and how to implement a good practice anti-bribery programme.

Gary Miller, Head of Fraud at Mishcon de Reya, commented: "Whilst it is in the nature of Not-For-Profit organisations to want to operate with integrity, many are uncertain about the measures they should be adopting to comply with the new UK Bribery Act. For this reason, the guidance is critical reading for anyone who has any doubts about their responsibilities and legal obligations."
