Mishcon de Reya advises the shareholders of Nolan Partners Limited on its sale to Excel Sports Management

Mishcon de Reya has advised the shareholders of Nolan Partners Limited, a globally recognised sports, entertainment and media senior executive and board level search firm, on its sale to Excel Sports Management.

Nolan Partners was founded in 2006 and since then they have established an unrivalled reputation for finding talented leadership and performance executives for clients in sports, media and entertainment. Nolan Partners operates in 28 countries on six continents and is recognised globally as the largest search firm dedicated to executive search in sports and entertainment having been retained for over 100 searches in the last year alone.

For Excel Sports Management, the acquisition of Nolan Partners allows the business to carry on growing rapidly into new markets with enhanced product offerings.

Mishcon Private Partner Nick Davis led the Mishcon de Reya team with support from Corporate Associates Lydia Kellett and Emma Webb, and paralegal Imane Karoum. Corporate Tax Partner, Gary Richards, advised on tax and Employment Consultant, Margarita Elia and Employment Associate, Sean Jamieson, advised on employment matters. The Mishcon team worked with Arnall Golden Gregory LLP on the US elements of the transaction.
