James Libson, Executive Partner and Head of Mishcon Private was recently quoted in the Financial Times. The article, Flexible working: here’s what employees want, examines the stigma around flexible working and warns employers of the potential risks of alienating talented employees who want to work in a more agile way.
James said, “Lots of roles where traditionally people have said you have to be there all the time, we have discovered that you don’t have to be. You just have to set boundaries and do different types of work.
“We trust [staff] to make the decision.”
