For the second year, Mishcon de Reya is supporting enterprise and financial education charity Young Enterprise's Tenner Challenge Awards - a nationwide competition to find the next generation of budding entrepreneurs. 11 – 19 year old students are pledged £10 and have one month to set up a business – coming up with an idea of a product or service they can sell and gain first-hand experience of what it’s like to be an entrepreneur. Mishcon de Reya is also sponsoring 'The Leap' Award for potential future growth. The Leap 100 is a list of the most exciting, fast-growth companies in the UK, compiled by Mishcon de Reya and City A.M., with experts from The Supper Club, Seven Hills and The Entrepreneurs Network.
The deadline for entries is the end of April, by which time the young people will have been given four weeks to make as much profit as they could from their £10 whilst also trying to make a social impact. Judging the businesses and providing constructive feedback will be Mishcon de Reya Corporate Partner Dean Poster. The judging criteria will include innovation, individual or teamwork and social impact.

Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony in May.
