Mishcon de Reya is delighted to be one of only 58 organisations ranked in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For list in both 2008 and 2009!
Despite the challenges facing all businesses in the current climate, competition for a place in the top 100 intensified this year, with 383 organisations registering to participate (72 more than in 2008). A staggering 42 organisations that featured on the list in 2008 were not ranked for 2009.
Richard Caseby, Managing Editor of The Sunday Times said “It takes a brave Chief Executive to subject a business to scrutiny by an outside organisation and a national newspaper. But all our winning companies embrace openness and honesty from shopfloor to boardroom”. “I offer congratulations to all the organisations that have made our lists this year. You have every reason to be very proud.”
The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For supplement reports that employees are proud to work for the Firm (83%), believe they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the organisation (78%) and say their jobs are good for personal growth (80%). Top 20 scores were also received in areas relating to pay and benefits.
Kevin Gold, Managing Partner, is pleased the Firm is getting it right. He said “Our established Core Values embrace integrity, diversity, respect for the individual and the expression of talent, this empowers individuals to fulfil their potential and the potential of the Firm."
Mishcon de Reya has also achieved the outstanding two star Best Companies to Work For accreditation for the second year in a row and was recently re-accredited for both Lexcel and Investors in People.
