Mishcon de Reya has today announced the appointment of Nick Nocton, who joins the Firm's Betting & Gaming Group from Jeffrey Green Russell Limited.
With over 15 years of experience advising clients in the gambling sector, including terrestrial and online operators and suppliers, Nick is ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories.
He provides focused licensing and regulatory advice, and assists with related commercial and strategic issues - in particular, new opportunities within the UK and European markets. Nick has advised on several high-profile acquisitions and investments in international gambling companies.
He trained and qualified at Ashurst Morris Crisp before becoming a Partner at Jeffrey Green Russell in 2004. Nick is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).
