Mishcon de Reya was yesterday named the seventeenth best company to work for in the UK. The ninth consecutive year that it has appeared in the Sunday Times list, Mishcon is the highest placed London law firm.
The firm received notably high scores for its Social Impact Strategy – an 87% positive score, ranking it eighth overall – with special mention given to The Mishcon Green fund, which invests in environmental and community-based projects. The Academy, Mishcon de Reya's in-house place of learning, also received recognition, leading to the firm coming sixth for ' opportunities to learn and grow'. 84% of staff stated that their job is good for personal growth whilst 83% said they were gaining valuable experience for the future.
Perhaps most indicative of the culture at the Firm is that 88% of staff said that they are proud to work at Mishcon de Reya, and 82% that they wouldn't leave tomorrow even if they were offered another job.

The Sunday Times rankings are compiled from staff responses across eight different areas, also including staff wellbeing and compensation, their thoughts about immediate management and opportunities for personal career growth as well as corporate social responsibility.
