iGaming lawyer, Gemma Boore, has joined Mishcon de Reya's Betting and Gaming Group as an Associate. She was previously an Associate at Bates Wells Braithwaite, where she undertook work for clients ranging from start-ups to PLCs, specialising in companies in the iGaming sector.
Mishcon is rated tier 1 for Gaming and Betting in the Legal 500 and has been at the forefront of developments in the internet gambling arena since 2000. Its dedicated team has first-rate industry experience with specialists focused on international regulatory developments, M&A, technology, tax, insurance, sports and leisure. Existing clients include many of the largest gambling operators, governments, regulatory bodies, technology start-ups, businesses servicing the gambling sector, investors and financial institutions.
Boore will provide corporate, commercial and regulatory advice to companies operating in the sector across the full range of product offerings, including sports betting, poker, casinos and slots, eSports, social gaming, bingo, skill gaming, lotteries and prize draws.
