Mishcon de Reya advises Maya Capital on Swansea acquisition

Mishcon de Reya has advised specialist real estate and private equity investment firm, Maya Capital LLP, on the purchase of a 66,800 sq. ft. office building in Swansea for £6 million. The building is let entirely to the DVLA with 4.5 years remaining on the lease.

Real Estate Partner, Nick Doffman, led the Mishcon team with assistance from Associate, Simon Chadowitz.

With the backing of a major institutional investor, Maya Capital plans to invest £100 million by the end of the year through the acquisition of secondary office assets outside London and the M25.
