How founders can navigate the challenge of stepping back

The latest the Leap 100 poll has been published in City A.M. today, which asked the companies how involved they are in the day-to-day running of their business and whether they have a succession plan in place.

The Leap 100 2016 is a list of the most exciting, fast-growth companies in the UK, compiled by Mishcon de Reya and City A.M., with experts from The Supper Club, Seven Hills and The Entrepreneurs Network.

The supplement features the results of the poll, plus an article featuring Clean Space's founder Charlie Mowat on controlling his inner control freak, and a column by Mishcon de Reya Corporate Partner Jonathan Berman on how founders can navigate the challenge of stepping back.
