Mishcon de Reya welcomes Funke Abimbola into a newly created role within the firm: Director of Operations for Dispute Resolution.

Commenting on her appointment, Head of Dispute Resolution Kasra Nouroozi, said:
"We are one of the largest dispute resolution firms in the UK and over half of our lawyers are litigators. Our continued growth brings with it operational challenges and opportunities across finance, compliance and the development of technology based services. Funke has demonstrated a proven skill for strategic leadership across these areas and we believe that she will be a real asset to our firm."
"After practising law for almost 19 years I am delighted and proud to be starting a new chapter of my career at Mishcon de Reya, a firm I have long admired. I look forward to working alongside this exceptional team to drive operational and strategic excellence."
Funke was awarded an MBE in 2017 for services to diversity in the legal profession and to young people and is a patron of a number of organisations and charities.
