MDR Brand Management scoops two awards at B&LLAs

MDR Brand Management took home two awards at the recent Brand and Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2021 (B&LLAs), including the event's ultimate accolade – Brand Licensing Ambassador – which was awarded to CEO Daniel Avener for his contribution to the licensing sector.

Alongside Daniel's win, the award for Best Brand Licensed Health & Beauty Product or Range went to the Eve Sleep Well Slept Collection from licensee IG Design Group – a deal managed by the MDR Brand Management team.

The double accolades come three years after the launch of MDR Brand Management as the brand licensing arm of Mishcon de Reya. Since its inception in 2018, MDR Brand Management has expanded rapidly. Over the past year, it opened three offices in India, procured a further eight offices across Asia through the acquisition of Click Licensing, and was responsible for delivering US$1.6 billion in retail sales.

The B&LLAs, held at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel on Wednesday 20 October, are the brand and lifestyle licensing industry's most important awards, with around 400 retailers, licensees and brand owners in attendance.
