Hugo Plowman in Wired: 'Businesses use injunctions to stop hackers publishing secrets'

Dispute Resolution Partner Hugo Plowman has been quoted in a Wired article 'Businesses are using injunctions to stop hackers publishing secrets', which focuses on a case from February 2018 between an unknown hacker and a British company.  

Hugo said: "This case is a good illustration of what can be done to tackle cyber crime…The courts do try to keep pace with an ever-changing world of technological advances. And the law does have teeth."
