Google has to hit delete after right to be forgotten turns to crime

Mishcon de Reya Data Protection Advisor Jon Baines has been quoted in Bloomberg Technology discussing a recent landmark ruling in which Google was ordered to remove links to stories about a businessman's old criminal conviction from search results.  

"It means even more work for Google…They will have to give even more intense scrutiny to the facts of an application for delisting."
