Our team has advised on the following clients:

  • Golfrate on the acquisition of Leavesdon Business Park, Watford, through the purchase of a BVI registered company.
  • Pace Petroleum Limited on the acquisition of up to 60 service stations from Texaco Limited.
  • Topland Group on a major capital raising exercise of £1b from Aviva, secured against over 150 properties.
  • Earls Court & Olympia Group on the OPCO/PROPCO structured £55m acquisition of The Brewery, Chiswell Street and associated properties, from Whitbread Group plc.
  • Structadene on the £73m acquisition of the prominently positioned 431/451 Oxford Street.  The deal was structured by way of an acquisition of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust (JPUT).
  • UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Limited on its purchase of the freehold interest in the 607,000 sq. ft. Woolworths Distribution Centre at the Dorcan Industrial Estate, Swindon for £27m.
  • O&H Properties on the acquisition of various flagship properties with a combined value of £58.8m and on its joint venture purchase alongside GE Real Estate UK of landmark building The Ark, Hammersmith for £49.5m.
  • Matterhorn Capital on its £50.5m acquisition of Cornwall Terrace, Regents Park.
  • Matterhorn Capital and Western Ridge Properties on their £32.2m joint venture acquisition of the Lagonda portfolio of properties.
