- Godrej Consumer Products Limited, one of India's most rapidly growing Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies, on its acquisition of 100% ownership of Keyline Brands Limited.
- Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited, on the first issue of global depositary receipts (GDRs) on AIM for a listed Indian company. NTBCL raised US$45m under the GDR issue and had a market capitalisation on the date of admission of US$142.87m. The transaction also included a 10% over-allotment option for stabilisation purposes.
- Acting for Yatra Capital and K2 Property with respect to the establishment of a Mauritius-based fund for investment in Indian real estate and subsequent €100m placing and listing on Euronext.
