We recognise that business clients, and their requirements of us, vary widely. We therefore structure our teams and service delivery to meet their individual needs. An institutional client may be looking for an intelligent response which is nevertheless delivered in a streamlined and standardised way. A family-owned business may instead be seeking a bespoke response to a unique issue, requiring us to operate effectively as in-house counsel - bringing objectives into focus, adding value at each stage of the process, and executing the job through an interdisciplinary approach.

We provide sound advice on how to manage multiple interests without exposing our clients' businesses to undue risks. We endeavour to challenge conventional ways of working and to solve problems quickly so as to seize opportunities for our clients.
International work is a particular area of strength for us, due to the highly diverse nature of our client base and our people. We are uniquely well qualified to guide international investors coming into the UK through London’s corporate process and to act as lead counsel in international deals. Some of which may not even touch on the UK, but which require us to bring together and marshal the perspectives and expertise of partners from multiple jurisdictions.
