Victoria acts for a wide range of clients, including those in the luxury fashion and sports clothing industries where she advises on all aspects of brand protection. She has also acted for clients in civil fraud claims, obtaining Third Party Disclosure Orders, Search and Freezing Orders and Evidence Preservation, Delivery-up and Restraining Injunctions.
