Victoria is a solicitor in the Corporate department, advising on a full range of corporate transactions. She has a wide range of experience working with both public and private companies based in the UK and has also advised investment trusts and off-shore funds. In addition to transactional work, Victoria has advised corporate clients on corporate governance matters more recently in relation to changes required by the implementation of the Companies Act 2006.
Victoria joined the Firm in June 2010 from Slaughter and May where she had been an associate, having also trained at Slaughter and May.
