Vanessa is the Firm's Head of HR, having spent her career in this and related areas, predominantly in the financial and banking industries. Before joining in 2008 she was Director of Human Resources responsible for Talent Development in EMEA at Lehman Brothers and, prior to that, the bank's Head of Fixed Income HR for Europe. Pre-Lehman she worked with SESI (now Celona Technologies) as VP, Operations and as Director of Client Staff Management at niche investment bank, Broadview (now part of Jefferies). She has a BA Hons in Business Studies, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
