Tony is a Private client lawyer and heads the Families in Dispute practice. He advises on wealth protection and risk management for individuals, family offices and businesses and resolves their disputes by negotiation, mediation or at trial. He is an experienced negotiator, accredited mediator, advocate and trial lawyer who has worked, mostly for claimants, across a diverse range of cases.

Tony has been regularly acknowledged by the legal directories and commended for his innovative approach. He has secured many well-reported landmark victories.

Tony has been involved in many leading first instance cases and appeals over recent years, some of which are listed below. He has over 30 years litigation experience. He now spends most of his time advising individuals and families on resolving family conflicts and other key aspects of asset protection. His background in dispute resolution equips him well to advise clients on risk management and the effective avoidance of litigation. He represents clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional, high value cases. He has also secured large damages awards for victims of bullying and catastrophic injury.

Recently he has secured a substantial compensation payment for a client in a financial mis-selling case against a leading international investment house. He is a frequent speaker on topical legal issues confronting private clients. His cases include:
