Sukhi has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, office, development and investment work acting for developers, property companies and funders.  He has particular expertise in the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

Sukhi was involved in the £30 million acquisition of 12/13 Bruton Street for O&H Limited and the £63 million acquisition of Marco Polo House Queenstown Road Battersea.
