Stephen Hughes is a Partner in the Real Estate Group having recently joined from SJ Berwin.

Stephen has gained significant expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate work including high value portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development work, joint ventures and structuring having acted for a broad range of UK and overseas clients including Delancey, Centros, Discovery Properties, Development Securities, Britannia Parking, Alpha Plus Group and The London Business School. These transactions have often lead to his involvement with a cross departmental team providing advice on associated tax, finance and corporate issues. Chambers describes Stephen as having emerged as "a rising star who has tremendous experience for his age" and lists him as one of the up and coming individuals in the real estate sector.
